I like doing it because its something to do with the boys when I am not fishing and gets us out of the house.
  5. Nice buck Kyle! Make sure you add it to our buck pole. If you follow that post, you can post that picture in other posts and on other websites.

    Are you a geocacher Don?
  7. How many of you know what geocaching is? I started doing this with my sons last week. Is anyone here a geocacher?
  8. Kyle, There is a tutorial located here on how to upload and host to post the pictures in a post.
  9. I want to give it a shot this year as well.
  10. Nice job Rich, and GREAT pictures!
  11. The dnr cut back the stockings 3 years ago, but the steelheaders are stocking fish. I am not sure how many fish the steelheaders stock per year, and how this works with the dnr.
  12. Welcome to the site dad! I have a lot of memories from fishing Lake Michigan with my father. The one trip out of Ludington in the 70's stands out above the rest. Then there was the charter when I lost 2 of your chrome downrigger balls. I do not have any chrome downrigger balls, so you do have to worry about me loosing them Come up and go fishing with us next year. Your grandsons will show you how to reel them in.
  13. Its nothing fancy. But it does have a fish cleaning station. Most of the boats in the marina are fishing boats. Its 75 miles one way for me to the boat. I could have slipped the boat in one of the southern ports that is a LOT closer to me.....but the fishing is not as good.
  14. Tony, Is Muskegon to far away? Muskegon is a GREAT fishing port. I slip my amberjack at Bluffton Bay in Muskegon. The marina is 3/4 mile from the channel to the big lake. It costs $1,200 last year.
  15. Here is the video from their site. TFi0d0IrE3g
  16. That was a prototype spoon I had made just for the Stinger Challenge. I am not sure if it will go into production. If it goes into production it may be called Killer Blue Dolphin.
  17. This was my hottest spoon for 2008. It is a Killer Dolphin from Michigan Stinger.
  18. I had my Cuddeback out for 10 days. Here a couple of small bucks I have hanging around our house.
  19. Do you have a picture of the way it currently looks?
  20. I have done some reading on bobcat hunts. Was the hunt when there was snow on the ground? Did you drive around looking for tracks, and then let the dogs loose? What did you use to shoot it with? In Michigan it only requires a fur harvesters license.
