Have you noticed the guys being interviewed on camera always holding their sponsored beverage for the camera with the label so you can read it. They must have been trained to always make sure the label is showing. Have you ever seen them caught off guard before with something else in their hand? Last year near the end of the season, I saw Kevin Harvick get caught off guard with something else in his hand, and he quickly tried to hide it.

I was watching the speed channel yesterday and watching the practice session for the race. They had the camera on Jimmy Johnsons car in the garage while it was being worked on. I watched one of the crew members using a Dewalt power drill with a screwdriver tip on it working on the left rear axle. Not sure what he was doing. Does Kobalt make battery powered tools, or is this a slip up on the race team?

Line counters on reels are 1 to 1 when they are 3/4 filled with line. I have one of my lead core rods here at the house, and it was warm out yesterday, so I went out and checked with a tape measure to see how much line I had. The leader on this rod had been shortened several times during this past season. I had 50' of line out(which is how much leader I had left) according to the line counter, and had almost 65' according to a tape measure. It has an extra 3' of line per 10' on the line counter. I probably run the longest leaders on the website. My reels are filled completely when I add the leaders. I start off the season with 70' on the line counter of the reel when I spool up. This is probably close to 90' of line. When I start adding the leader, I start the counter when the leader is at the reel. When I finish my 70' on the line counter, I cut off and tie on a swivel. These are 8' rods, and I have 3-4' of line hanging off the end when I tie on the swivel. So...I start off with right around 100' of leader. I usually retie when I have around 30' on the line counter.

D & R Sports will be having their Great Lakes Salmon Day again on 6 March. This year's Great Lakes Salmon Day will feature seminars and workshops by two of the top professional salmon anglers - Captains Dave Engel and Bill Bale. Engle and Bale are Great Lakes charter captains of the "Best Chance Too" and are ranked as the "No. 1 all-time Lake Michigan Tournament Team". Both Engel and Bale will present in-depth seminars on successful methods and tactics for locating and catching Great Lakes salmon. They will share their knowledge, both as competitive tournament anglers and as charter captains, for catching kings, chinook, coho, steelhead, browns and lake trout. Representatives from several Michigan-based and national tackle manufacturers will be on-hand to share their expertise on Big Lake tackle and equipment. Speak with reps from Stinger Spoons, Shimano, Okuma, Humminbird, Dreamweaver, Cannon and more!

 There is no hate on this website. I noticed you did not deny that flicker gives out more disc space for more clicks to their site. With 6,000 pictures in your gallery, you are either paying for space, or getting space by having someone click on your photos. I am a web guy, and its obvious to me, you do not know how hits and search engines work. Each time a search engine crawls this site, it follows any link that is posted. If you have 5 pictures in a post, it will follow the link for each picture. This will show up as 5 hits for your stats. These are probably the hits you are seeing. Check the stats and see what ip the hits come from, that will tell you. I said in a pm to you that you will see the stats even if you embed the image in a post. I get hits each time someone posts an image hosted here on another website. If you want responses to your posts, write a report without a clickable link. If you continue to post with clickable links, they will be removed.

I see you edited your post after I replied, so I will reply again. I am not sure about who is lazy. The robots not replying, or someone not embedding the images in the post. There are over 23 different search engines that crawl this website daily. Look down at the bottom of the website, and you will see the number of search engines that crawl this website. Total guests that have visited the forum in the last 24 hours: 486 Most of these are search engines. If you want a response from the members here, embed your images in your post. Real Reason Why You wont Embed The Images The real reason you are not embedding your images in your post is so you get more space from Flicker. The more people that click on the link to your image, the more space you get for your gallery.

Does you boat have bottom paint on it?
-
What you are probably seeing are the search engines crawling the website. The website is crawled daily by multiple seach engines.

Nice shot Robert. I think I see a net in this picture.
-
Great pictures guys!
-
Great shots. I'm ready!

Couple of reasons why. This is an old post. You will have a better response by starting a new thread with each report. You know how to embed photos in posts. I sent you directions on how to embed photos, and you did it in a post already. You choose not to because you are not getting the hits for your flicker account. People dont like to click on a link to view an image when it could have been embedded in the post. I personally will not click on links to view pictures. This is why I did not respond.
