  1. my grand daughter was a delmation every fire fighters envy.
  2. nope no water wife says add the onion mix before the mushroom soup and she also sprays the inside of the pot with cooking spray for easier cleanup
  3. 3 bush tails cut up 1 can mushroom soup 1 packet onion soup mix start crock pot around noon and cook till dinner time on high. simple and easy and they come out very tender and tasty
  4. congradulations terry on the deer i haven't been back out sence i shot mine but have gotten a few bushy tails for the crock pot. waiting for the gun opener now
  5. nice job terry and crew good to hear the old boats back on the water. still going to trade up for a newer one in the spring?

  7. went out bow hunting after work last night got out about 5:00 set up in the ground blind and about 5:30 2 does and a button buck and a doe fawn came in about 20 yds away and was eating the leaves off the sicifrace trees. watched them for about 20 min. till they wondered off. and then about 6:15 2 more does came in with no fawns and thought to myself one of those would be very tastey waited till one got around 15 yds away and took my shot bullseye ran about 50 yds and fell not a huge deer but good size:grin:

  10. went out of holland this morning with a friend from work. set lines in 50 ft. went south and picked up a 17.5 lb. king on a white glow fly and clear glow spin dodger dippsy set on 3 100 ft. back just as the sun came up above the dunes turned west and headed out picked up another king in 65 ft. on a blue and silver fly and blue glow spinner also 100 ft. back on dippsy set on 3. this one went 14 lbs. kept going west had another rip on the blue and silver but not hooked. ended up 2-3 had to quit at 9:30 so his kid could go to work. both fish were very dark and the serfice temp was 71 all the way out to 110 ft. did nothing with the riggers
  11. teresa and i are going up to tippy dam and fishing for walleyes in the upper part of the river. and what ever else bites
  12. hey mike i talked to sea-mac today and he seems to think the key to landing big fish is to invite me along but after last sundays tourney i think its better to just let the girls do all the fishing and the guys just drive and net lol

  15. i know you guys have a bunch of different ways to grill and smoke fish but i was wondering if any one can post a good recipe for canning salmon

  19. boat traffic wasn't bad seemed like everyone went north to grand haven we went straight out with maybe 6 boats around all morning dock was kind of lined up

  21. hey guys i heard at work today there is a powder puff tourney saturday morning so the boat lauches my be a little busy. i was told it was an open port tourney for holland,port sheldon and saugetauck
  22. went out with sea-mac this morning. left the dock at five a.m. set lines in 50 ft. and headed west marked lots of bait all day. got out to 75ft and headed south and started picking up fish went 7 for around 12. two kings came on a green glow squid and clear glow spin dodger set 120 back on dipsy set on 2.1 king came on a green and black spinney and green and black fly set 130 back dippsy on 2. 1 king and a coho came on a chillie willie spoon on the 7 color lead. and 2 kings came on the riggers with glow flounder pounder spoons riggers set at 45 and 50. really good day fishing was done at 11 a.m. thanks mike for the trip had alot of fun
  23. i do know there are some people who use inline weights for salmon fishing and browns
  24. thks guys for setting this up was alot of fun and thks sea-mac for aking my wife and i to come along. sorry about fishing this morning glf if we weren't looking like wet rats we would of went . next time ok if the offer stays open
  25. you did good rich sea-mac and i were in our tents when the storm hit and it was a good one the tent my wife and i were in ended up falling and about six inches of rain in the bottom of it we just got finished drying out every thing around six this evening. the ones that wnet home sat. night missed all the fun.
