I was the bad luck! All the fish got off with the rod in my hands! Dave tried to wash it off me about 300 yards from the launch on the way back in. I had a wonderful time. Was so thankful to get out on the water and see how its done. I've never seen kings so big. Once I get my boat put back together lots of copper is going to be added!

What do you want to target? Half the kings I saw caught last year from the pier were on 3/4 oz glow spoon with white background / orange spots.(walmart sells it if you can't find it at your local baitshop). 10# power pro should be fine. Night time is definitely where its at.

I talked to someone tonight that said they caught 25-30 each the other day. Out of deeper than 50 feet.

What if the guy appeals them seizing it? How much is the courts gonna cost? How many hours does 1 court case cost. This $650 was the cheapest route by far.

Buy 2 batteries & put them on a switch. There is no battery good enough to only own one. Your life is worth more than the cost of a battery & switch.

I fish out of a 18 foot aluminum boat with a 75 horse mercury. It costs about $23 per trip on average to fuel it. We had a kicker for the first half of last year then lost it in a tragic gravity/metal is heavier than water accident. That saved only like $3-4 a trip in gas. I am looking in the future to upgrade with something with a little more shoulder room. I was just wondering the fuel costs per trip over these bigger boats.

It'll never happen. Why? They fooled you guys into thinking there was a serious problem. They know there is enough people around from the other side of the state that will stick up for them. This is all to save $$$. They tell ghost stories & scare everyone into believing there is going to be a crash so they can save money and plant less fish. Hook line sinker. If there was a problem like they claim they would have already increased the catch rates for salmon. I will be happy to apologize and say that I am wrong if they increase the rates. I won't be holding my breath. You guys need to step up & demand they put the stocking numbers back up if they won't support higher catch rates immediately.

Most of the arguments i've seen that claim fracking is safe says they drill down over a mile. There is plenty of separation between the water table & the gas. Then I found out the gas in Michigan is at like 700 feet. The town in wyoming that they fracked that they found that had issues had a depth deeper than that. Anyone work in the industry? Anyone have wells on their property? Are they deep? You make good $ off of this?

Can you give me a close up of the mounting/screws/bolts? Are you screwing that into a base plate like a down rigger so it can easily be removed? Or is this like the sword in the stone?
