Went yesterday 5-9-11 and nothing never set a rod, only got 100 yrds out the North gap, Bad news droped a Valve in # 1 cyl, Come home and pulled the heads and they are at the engine shop getting redone, the guy told me that its fairly comin in the older engines for this to happen:confused: But I didn't need this 5 days before the Can2Can turnament:mad: but hopfully we be back running in time:thumb: Oh as for the fishing well there was only a few boats out and very few fish caught like 4 boats and 5 fish total:confused:

I run spoons also on dipseys, they don't produce to good anymore over here on lake huron for me for some reason, but lake michigan is where they'er on fire for me, but I would'nt get rid of my riggers either. Good luck with your delema

Heidi, We was north in front of the trailer park and north of that between 25' and 40' FOW, the fish I caught and the hits all was on a north troll @ 2.4 to 2.6 GPS speed at 40' I could see the ball down 20', I think Deep Descent was in that area to I saw him once when they was fighting the one fish, I think that you guys go again go north and stay away from the other boats and get the baits out long and away. PS. I will be working Harbor Beach water this next week to pin down a program and plan for the CAN to CAN next saterday.

I didn't see ya but I did talk the Deep Decent at the cleaning station, they went 4 for 7, I didn't get to early of a start about 8:30 and in at 1:00 and one coho on j7 stick looked like a brook trout 80 back on the board, I'am suprized that anyone caught anything when they just planted 35000 little salmon yesterday in the Harbor, but they have the muddy water to protect them in 10 to 15 fow,

Exllcent job on Mr, Long bird Ed. great story. My Hunt starts tomorrow I'am going to try using the cross bow to start for the first couple days, if I can't get one with in 25yrds I'am going with the pop gun.

The snow fence is south of little S, PT. maybe 1/2 mi. you can see it on shore from the water, I guess it would be a haul to run up there that far south from whitehall, maybe 15mi or so but we always do good in that area, it go's from 50' to 120' fast. Good luck out there, may the fish be many.

Welcome Michael! I don't fish White Hall, but I do go to Pentwater and fish now and then and a good spot has been south to little point and the snow fence south of that, good drop off down there, great fishing if the weather is wright. Good luck
