Great trip on the water Sunday morning. Three of us hit the water about 9:30 and headed right out to 180 fow to set up. We were fishing mainly the top 100 fow with body baits on the surface and spoons and paddles with flies at the deeper depths. We ended the day with 3 kings in the 8-12 pound range and 12 coho. We also let go 6-8 other small kings and cohos. A 8" white e-chip paddle with any kind of green flies was by far the best rig for us. Riggers in the 60-80 foot range 300 cooper, 150 cooper and dipseys 100-150 back ended up doing the best. We stayed in the 180-210 fow for most of our fish. Tim

Fished muskegon thursday morning and ended up 9 for 15. We ended with 1 laker 3 kings and 5 steelhead. Most of the fish we lost were all steelhead also. The fish were jumping fools today. We took our first fish in 180' and continued west out to 330'. Most of the fish came in the 250-300 foot range. Riggers 20-45 down went 5 times and the rest were on 3 color or 5 color setups. The top three baits were Nemo spoon, #3 silver J and blue mongoose spoon. Good Fishing Tim

Good Job! Sounds like you had the same program going we have for the last 3 days. We took 6 steelys each day and managed to throw a few coho in along with some 3 year old kings. The 5 color has been the hottest by far. I have been doing best on a Nemo spoon made by Flinstone and also the green glow perch. Tim

I fished Muskegon thursday morning with my 9 year old son and his friend. We started in 70 fow a little north and just kept the boat on a NW troll with the wind. We actually ended up trolling all the way to white lake. We ended up 6 for 10. We took one fish on a green splatter back Ace High silver horde, one on a meat rig down 70' on the rigger and the other 4 all came on meat rigs behind white Spin Doctors on 300 copper. Tim
