    Out of all of the fish I seen yesterday only 1 whitefish swam thru. Good to fish with ya again Adam ! See ya in a couple of weeks.....

    Welcome aboard Capt ! I was up in your part of the world last spring. I stopped and visited with Keith Wils, I am on his Pro Staff. I use alot of his stuff on Saginaw Bay and Tom's stuff too. But I wasn't on Tom's Pro Staff then.

    This will be nice. I fish for two weeks every year in the Gulf. Mainly backwater.

    Like Frank said....Don't skimp on your radio or antenna. I have a top of the line antenna and I can pick up boats from many miles away. They all won't do that.

    Lowrances customer service has been lacking as of late. Been hearing alot of compaining about them for almost a year now. That said....I have several Lowrance units and like them. But my last graph purchase was a Raymarine.

    I have heard that it will take at least 20 years for the carp to take hold. You will need new cameras by then.

    Don't chase other peoples programs. Listen to their suggestions, but find a program thru trial and error that works for you and stick with it.

    Boltman: That is one of the reasons the fish were bigger this year. There was a pretty good amount of young alewife out in the lake.
