  11. i have used the offshore lights for a couple of years and like them.only downer about them is how long the watch batterys last, going to check out a set of the church light to try them out this year:grin:
  12. trollmaster digital hand down, the digital display makes small adjustment very easy:grin:
  13. i my self dont like to fish out of any port that is having a big tourney,to much boat traffic.on the other hand most of the tourney boats were off shore last year,14 plus miles out from the point fishing the temp breaks.we were 17 miles off shore 26 miles from manistee and there must have been 75 boats out there with us.i would lean more towards the 31st:grin:
  14. scared of us northern boys a:grin:
  15. i played with short leads (10 to 15 feet) off the copper this fall, with some pretty good results.i like my leaders on my lead 20 to 30 feet with the exception of 1 and 2 color rigs, witch have 50 feet.i agree with don that they do start to rise back up but when i am running 1 or 2 colors i am mainly just wanting the spoon just under the waves anyway.
  16. sounds good, but we fish out of manistee that time of the year.why not any of the northern ports?
  17. add a troll master digitall throttle control,it will let you control your speed by 1 0r 2 10ths of a mile per hour.simple install too:grin:
