  1. As long as you can clear your swim platform with the 2' booms you should be ok, just make sure the weights are not swinging to bad when you put them down. Once the weights are in the water the blowback should pull them back out of the way of the oudrives. As for the dipsies, you should not have a problem with the 4' booms on the out downs. Paying attention to the current and troll direction can save you a lot of headaches as well. At times when we are fishing deep in a stiff current we will drop down to two riggers to stay away from tangles. Have fun setting up the new boat!

  11. Yes, the braid diver will dive deeper than the mono diver. Take a look at the charts in Precision Trolling Big Water Edition, lots of good depth charts for divers.

  15. Yes, your normal rods and reels will work for braid. Just make sure the rods you are using have enough backbone to pull the divers.
