Good question Ken. I was wondering about this myself. And for all you little power loaders....please remember this the next time you load your boat!

If I remember right it was a bit over 2700 for a 08 model electric start and power tilt

Ken Not looking so good over here on green lake, if i had a boat maybe:mad:. Even before the rain it looked pretty shaky. It looks like there must be a fair amount of natural springs in the lake by the look of the ice when i got here before the rain.

Peck You have seen first hand what that honda 9.9 has done for fuel mileage and the piece of mind on my rig. Remember why i chose the honda....the charging power at closed throttle was higher than any other manufacturer of that years model. Power tilt & electric start up the output as well.

The OR 16's on the tail end of a modified board is the only way to go. Braided backer tears them up pretty quickly if you don't put a mono filler inline to attach to.

That brings back nightmares of having to dive through the ice to hook a ski on my snowmobile after i sunk it!!

Here is a little fun stemming from the debate over the lack of deer vs. wolves and the DNR in the U.P., which spun off into the illegal netting in Little Bays De Noc this year and the lack of walleye this summer...thought you guys might get a kick out of this...I did!! It's only a matter of time before we can't even ice fish out there without wolves swimming up through the holes in the shack and pulling us under. You watch, I betcha it happens this year.:lol:
