Wel it's like this Mike, there is a huge stock pile of cars here in the USA, where I do not know, but it is said that they have almost 150 days of inventory on hnd and pople(banks) aren't lending as they should. We sell a part to a tier 1 supplier to Gm, it goes on the Malibu, G6 and the saturn Aura... it holds the transmission down via bolts that go through them,it takes 3 per car..... now it 2008 we were selling GM 130,000 pieces a month.... now we are barely selling them 50,000 a month. None in January, February,March and it just started in April. And now they are shutting down at the end of May....Wow this is really going to hurt our income, like 805 of me and mifes income, but we will get by and we will survive, but I do not know about other Larger suppliers, we're small and we can cut expenses quickly unlike the larer suppliers that have massive overhead costs, they will drop like flies, faster then they already have. We have seen 3 suppliers ht the bricks so far, and one of my customers is getting takeover business everyday from "distressed" Auto suppliers... go Figure. Thank God I have small customers that make me money as well, but everyone,and I mean everyone is linked to the Automotive makers somehow, if they think they aren't, I will show them where they are, its going to be a very baad chain of events,if it happens at all. In my opinion, I believe crime will go up out of control, and more people are going to lose their houses and cars... Yes even boats, we have our house almost all paid off and our car and truck are free and clear too, so they are safe, and the boat, well that's another story...but I will survive because I am a fighter and I will succeed, that attitude is what has kept me in business now for over 20 years... and as for the other plants, they will idle too.. because they won't be able to ship their product anywheres... like Canada and their transmissions.... and Mexico with thir Engines to cars no parts to ship.... it's a seriuos trickle down and it will trickel down... right down to the donut man on the corner... But Let's not think about this Lets Fish gentlemen the fish don't care what car or truck you drive....

Thats a great thing to do it's asmall little box in the back seat, as for me I tighten my Lug nuts before every trip.. it's just a weight thing for me, cause Im dealing with a lot of weight....

All my Rods and Reels store on the underside of the engine hatch, I went to the hardware stores and bought what most people use in the garage for hanging brooms and rakes, they are heavy duty pinch clips on rails....and screw into the underside of the engine hatch..I trust nobody at the Marina, anyone can walk in and take what they want... Not it my boat.

How many batteries do you have? I'm not sure why your alternater wasn't puting put 13.5+ volts, but something could have been bringing it down too.

Well as I was saying last night on Fish Chat, I was over charged by " Fish On" in Nunica on some Okuma Convector 30d's. In good faith after I emailed him about the blunder, I now have an in store Credit, waiting for me to spend. The man knows how to save face with a customer, and I appreciate what he did for me. This is a great place to shop and Captain Willis always gives great deals I bought aFishhawk from Willis at the fishing show in Birch run....and I believe I'll be there on Wednesday this week looking for two light line poles and reels.... I do not understand why they do not raisethe bait fish along with the predator fish, it seems lke they would want to heavily stock these in order to feed the past years fish they raised in the hatcheries.... the DNR is an institution that I will never understand, I am friends with a DNR officer at Higgins Lake state park and even he doesn't understand why they do what they do, like not stocking Lake Huron with alewives, to bring back te Salmon and other predatory fish.... let's just prey and hassle the DNR more, so they will get the hint and stock more baitfish....only then will the salmon get bigger for years to come...

Yeah i have a photo bucket account.....I'll use that dude, I looked at the Walker pricing, I'll see if this place called J&K canvas it's just up the road from me and they have done work for me in the passed, I'm also looking at adding a NEw Full Camper canvas to my boat as well i have one now, but it's a fastback, and slants too quickly to the back..rendering some of the back of the boat useless for sitting on the bench seat.

Hey Guys I have a canvass shop 1 mile from my house and they make the lure holders and dispey holders.... If' you'd like I can take some pics of their work and you can order them from me and I'll ship them out to you guys.... its just the little things that matter, isn't it... Let me know and I'll get some pics... I might even get beter pricing if I can get plenty of orders, think about that....

Nailer it doesn't ake 3 weeks to fix a bearing but, I had to order anew axle from the manufacture, the spindle was torn up and bent....so now I have to wait 7-10 for thm to make a new axle.. but it's worht the wait...trailer as 3 7000 pound axles, it's better to be safe then sorry...hey but thanak for the encouragement.

Welcome to the Site Charles, as Mike said, it's a great site for advice and many good conversations, and Yes we can spend YOUR money fast, please let us know how much you have to spend, that always helps us get a better grip of how fast we can spend ever dime.....
