    Well we've been out 3 times so far and have caught one laker, Going out at the wrong times, trying the mid day bite and it's not going well for us, We're going to trying the morning bite and and the evening bite. I do regret now not installing the fish finder, Not many are bringing back a lot of Fish, Fiend was ouot 8 hours and brought back 3 fish,and even the maniacs of Fishing aren't doing as well as they have in the past.... What are we doing wrong Guys..??????

    What are you finding in Ludington, I'm finding, or NOT finding fish,, they are scattered bad, did catch a laker though this weekend, I'll be back over there this coming friday for the weekend, but i'm not looking forward to it..... where are the FISH????

    Seems the June slow down is already here in Ludville, went out this weekend, got one laker...most were bringing back some Kings but very small... and the Fish are scattered.

    I ran J plugs off the wire Dipseys, two salmon took the two I had, so what did I do??? I went to the store and bought 10 more J-plugs all different colors.... I'm gunna get'em this year for sure...

    No Blood No Foul!!!!!!!!!!! I'm staying in my cozy bed this weekend in Swartz Creek Mi. wanted to put the boat in at Ludington..... Nahhhh it's not that important.... Same waves in Manistee are in Ludington.... I am getting a little pissed though.

    Mine is back near the Riggers, but is very visible to the Helmwoman, so she can adjust speed at anytime, and now that I'll be driving, I'll have a chance to see how I like it back there, I don't like it near the dash because there's no more room at the dash, this is why I wanted to get the fishfinder mode for the Chartplotter. I love the fish hawk....

    Senez, Welcome to the sight, I have been silent lately because I'm pissed... it's going to be May 15th before I can put the boat in, due to the crappy weather, and I haven't even got the chance to get a rigger wet....but, your quote just killed me and made my day...Welcome to the sight and yes, it's addicting and enjoyable Have a great season.

    ok explain to me what it means when said... fishing in the 44's and 48's.... I can't remember and need to know... we're putting the boat in ludington this weekend...please help me to understand.. what those numbers mean.

    My captains pak took a 850cca battery down to nothing in one fishing trip... not long either, if it's not a the charging system it won't last long, I have switched the port side rigger to the starboard battery bank where the engine keeps charging all while trolling.

    Bottom line.... he's right!!!!!!!!!!!! I've seen many programs where this fish can be a very good dish as long as you rename it!!!!!!!!!!!

    When your looking for PULLING POWER stop talikng about mileage it's a Contradiction in terms....Semi's pull huge weights and pull 6 miles to the gallonif they are lucky... I have a 1999 Ford F350 with 457,000 miles...Pulling miles too and it gets 12 unloaded and 6 when pulling the boat 20,000 pounds... Ford makes a great truck and so does Dodge and chevy, but when you bounce up into a diesel.....It's about how much weight your going to be pulling.........Consider how much muscle you'll need, then consider the life span of the deisel your choosing...and If you can.. find a truck with a 7.3 litre, they just don't stop....

    I love my Wire Divers, I just have to learn to let the Feesh Run...... and wear them down.... not to horse it in and lose mah feesh.... I hate it when that happens.

    Have had the boat in the drive for a week now and I've completed a few minor installs, I put swivel mounts under the dual rod holders and Autostops on the Big jon Captains packs........ Nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    As for this Asian Carp, I've been watching TV and there have been a lot of channels showing the Asian carp being Fed to people under different names, and they like it. IE the chilan Sea Bass.... go ahead and google that fish and find out it's prior name... they had t change its name to get people to eat it, the name turned them off but its one of the most popular dishes around... and I have a question that I don't know the answer too...... 1 Why won't a Very hungry King Salmon it the young carp? Do they not like there taste? It seems to me that whenI've caught some kings, there's been a plethera of fish in their stomach.'
