I can't tell you, once again How Jealous I am, damn you're out there in October and we're looking at puttin the boat in for the winter....heheheheh Oh well it was a great season for sun in the Fun.

Well this year, I can't say much about except that it SUCKED... for Fishing for Us at least on Lake Michigan. Not many weekends were available to us for getting out on Beautiful Lake Michigan...once we did, Fish really weren't slammin, yeah I know Rookie here, but what they Hell, we did catch 4 feesh.. and I'm ok with that, we've got a little more time to get out there yet this year and we will certainly get out there as much as I possibly. I know some of you didn't do so well either out there, so there's always next year, and What the hell I have two NEW copper setups to Dream about using....I'm hoping to get them out there this year yet, just to play with them a little bit, get them outside the boat and back.... I bought churches TX-22s hoping to go just go out and play with them awhile , and I mean playing not trying to learn to use them in a spread.

And I'm going up to the U.P. with my Wife, and our 5th wheel camper, to Baraga where they won't hear us..... Know what I mean, I'm going to be so far from fishing, I won't even care....

Out of peer frustration, I bought two copper set ups and Churchs Planner boards. I'm tired of not catching fish, I know thats why they call it Fishing... I'm tired of Dipseys getting tangled...and frankly I'm tired of NOT catching any fish, and I'm hoping to catch more with these copper set ups. Understand I don't even try to think I'm on the level of skill MOST of you guys possess I am a Rookie....Don't know what we're doing wrong and I'm not sure we are doing anything wrong, because the shear number of fish are certainly down, or at least the reports are clearly down....either way we need some better equipment to get our spread out there and hoping copper can do it for us.... Please let me know how to use these boards, I was able to get some advice from an old pro at my Marina, he was 6 for 8 SAturday night, we got a hitch hiker snagged by a dipsy...go figure.. Any help would be considered awesome.

I bought tx-22 from armstrongs and copper poles as well these fish are getting expensive. They are church tackle for sure now all I have to do is learn how to run them, hahaha

You all should try "Bronco Bobs" redraseberry chipotle marinade , oh my god this stuff is heaven on some fresh kings matter of fact I show my king the marinade just as I toss them in the cooler.. Hahahaha they're happy to get in that box!!!!!

Well we fished out of Whitehall all weekend , lost more equipment this weekend than I ever have in 1 season. Fist had a tangle, lost flasher board ,spoon and line snapped off. Then got a beast hooked up, so I man handled it and lost it within two minutes of fight it , snapped the leader that is when I blew my cool and wanted to sink the fri kin boat. Then we had engine trouble nothing serious beside a radiator cap losing pressure on the expansion tank on port side,we returned to the slip. Went back out Sunday morning lost another nice coho saw it as it jumped out of the water about 8 feet , I've never seen a fish jump that high before and the mono broke again.. Damn it!!!!!! Just about threw the pole in after it!!! And I don't normally have a temper, but this was about enough of losing fish....nothing hit the rest of the time on Sunday we went too deep..... Bottom line .... Didnt know mono needed to be replaced every year,mine is 6 years old on the reels still........such a feakin Rookie!!!!! Btw I'm always hard on myself!!!!! I even kicked my own ass for horsing in the large king!!!!!!! End of story!!!

That's what we found there in white hall fishing was bad,lost a lot of tackle and my temper was flairing.

We're fishing in White Hall this weekend, going to locate the cold water, and work out from there. Hoping it gets some Feesh in the box,it's going to be a Long winter, I'm still pissed about this summers weather.... sucked most of the time. But let's get fishing, what do you think, Plugs up high, going to try the Meat Rigs as well.. hope they hit that meat....
