  1. FINALLY got out on the lake and it was nice. I don't think we've been out since the Gold Coast tourney. Went out to 195 and dropped lines trying for the 2-3 year olds and some steel. Marked most of our fish down 90-110, but they were scattered. Did mark a few pockets of fish but only managed one steelhead on 3 color lead with a screwball and at the same time a small king on a killer dolphin on 300 copper. I think we were in about 200fow about straight out. Last trip of the season as we pulled the boat at the end of the night. I know it's early, but I have some work to do. Getting new bimini top and have some engine and outdrive ideas to get the boat out of the water faster. For those of you that fish tournaments, you probably don't see us until weigh in as we are S L O W to get up on the water.
  2. MAN, I LOVE those pictures you send. Keep em coming. Some day I am going to get over there to the big "O" and get some fish with shoulders. Nice work.
  3. NICE. Great pictures. Thanks for sharing. Most guys don't take the time to take photos while river fishing.
  4. Not sure how this one got passed me. Guess I had my hands full too. Great job Mike.
  5. SHEW. I thought MY account was suspended.
  6. The seas were angry that day my friends. Nice work out there Kenny.
  7. Nice work John. From what I have heard a couple fish is pretty good in the water you were in. They are deeeeeep.
  8. Nice work Jeff. Not too many trips left for us for the year. Think the boat may be coming out of the water tomorrow.
  9. YA, nice work. LONG TIME NO TALK. Seems like you took the summer off?
  10. Thanks for the report. We hope to get in one more trip before we pull for the season. Nice numbers.
  11. Thanks for the report Scott. Nice work.
  12. That is AWESOME. The wife and I went to Holland and then Grand Haven. Grand Haven was crazy. I saw blasts 60-70 ft high off the pier heads. The waves IN the channel were 6-8ft and rolling over the boardwalk. I'm sure some of you saw the video of the kids walking on the boardwalk getting knocked down. Scary.
  13. Thanks for the report Jimmy. I hoping to figure out if there are any mature fish left in the lake or if they are all up stream.
  14. NICE WORK Kevin. You must have been the only guy on the water.
  15. That is a BEAST. Nice fish. One for the wall (at least on this side of the mitten it would be).
  16. Nice video. thanks for sharing. Great work as always.
  17. Nice work and way to get in before the weather turned.
  18. Thanks for speaking up. great to get newbue going and quickly turn them around into successful fisherman who are willing to share reports. It's all about helping eachother become better.
  19. I just tried the clear plastic snubber this year for the frist time, though my logic was not thinking about stretch. I though they were pretty good looking with a clear dipsey with UV on it and a UV echip with a no see em fly behind it. SEXY RIG. But, i will say that they appear to be able to withstand light breakdown better.
  20. Are you primarily using the small baits out deep and up high for stealhead?
  21. Very nice work Terry. 10 for 13 slow. You kill me man. Your expectations are about 4x most fisherman.
  22. VERY nice work. WOW, either it is the picture or your net handle is 16' long.
  23. Welcome to the site. If you are new to this gig, you'll want to attend the spring salmon expo at D&R next year. And start saving your $$ now. They have great deals on stuff at that event.
  24. That's it. I knew it had WIND in the name, but I could not think of it. Thank you.
  25. Your dipsey roads in that picture look like they are going to snap. What do you run on those (rod strength) or are you running extra fast? Nice work on the fishes. We too tuned up the boat this weekend. But mine was, new bilge and new solonoid for the trim (guess they had a party and decided to crap out).
