  1. Sharks are just "COOL". I'd go with the sharks. Plus, I go with 15pound weights for deep water fishing. 10lbers should be find for "shallow" water (100 or less) fishing.
  2. MAN, Mike we should have gone. GRRRR. Nice pictures and great reports. Keep em coming.
  3. Great job and great report Mark. Thanks. Hope they are still around this weekend somewhere.
  4. Amen brothers and sisters. We keep a trash bag on board for wrappers, chips, bottles, AND guess what else is easy to throw in there . . .
  5. Donnie, Ended up needing a valve job so we had the motor in about 50 peices last weekend. Put it back together (after the valve work) and runs like a champ. No more putting people in the cuddy to get up on the water. So, new valves (or redone), new intake, new carb, new water/fuel seperator, new plugs, you get the idea, oh and oil change . . . . Can someone remind me of the definition of BOAT again?????
  6. That is awesome. Heck ya that Wahoo should go on the wall.
  7. Great report Kevin. Nice job out there. I always love fishing with family.
  8. NO skunk is a good trip. can we possibly have too much cold water?????
  9. OMG that looks awesome. What a great weekend for this event.
  10. Nice job. I wondered if those little birds that land on the water ever get gobbled up by steelhead hitting bugs on the surface.
  11. Thanks Mike. Lubbs, yep that was us. Just making sure the engine would cooperate before we went out Sat morn. We are in dock B58 this year and are already enjoying Yacht Basin.
  12. MAN. that is awesome Jimmy. Looks like a riot. Great job.
  13. Nice job on the 7th place Jimmy. Great finish.
  14. HOLY COW. Finally got the boat running good and went out for a shake down trip with my father, Les, and Ryan. Left the dock at about 6 (lazy I know). Dropped in at about 60fow in south by the sliders. Missed the very first fish at 85fow on a rigger with a glow frog about 40 down. I, that's right, me, the captain missed the very first fish. Got off trying to muscle him in at the back of the boat. We each landed a fish to finish 4 for 5. Three hos and one king. Nothing bigger than 6 pounds or so. No real pattern. One on blue veggie on 5 color. One on three color with mod carmel dolphiln. One on dipsey on 1 - 100 back with normal ring, 8" protroll and fly. One another on 5 color with ???. Trolled out to 180fow and back in to about 130 before we pulled lines. Always awesome to get out on the water with my father. I cherish it every time. Thanks for the help Phil.
  15. Not a bad trip Kenny. no kitty cat.
  16. WOW Don. That sweeeeet. Great trip and win.
  17. AHA. I wondered. We MAY be in for June 4th Kenny. I'll let you know if the boat runs well this weekend.
  18. THIS saturday? If so, it will be our shake down event, but we are in.
  19. Great work. WOW, more 19lb fish. That is some serious weight for this early.
  20. Very nice trip. Great to hear some solid numbers again. I am hoping to get out Saturday and I had hoped that some fish were still around.
  21. Robert, that's just chumming for fish my friends. HAHAHAHA.
  22. Nice work Jimmy. Thanks for the report. I HOPE to get the boat back on the water this weekend for attempt number two on shake down.
