  6. Well there is not much to report for the first Saturday morning trip it was real sloww! We did manage to put one in the cooler to avoid the dreaded Stripped Cat. We worked form 85 to 150 fow and we ended 1 for 2. 200ft copper with MS green flounder pounder -14lbs King Rigger 55ft down SS Blue Easter Egg on slider- lost at back of boat. HAPPY FATHERS DAY!! To all you fathers and Grandfather:beerchug:

  11. I got to fish with Jay (Elloitt) and my dad this morning. We set up in 75 fow and worked out to 110fow with 85 being the best. The water was a little bumpier then the 1 to 2 foot called for. Did not get three poles in before the first 2 set went off, one landed the other farmed(with that start we are hoping for somthing big). Then we missed the next two before getting our sea-leggs and finally keeping a few hooked up. We ended 4 for 7. The best rig was a SWR 50 down with a Stinger NBK, it 5 times(only 2 Fish). Then one fish on Stinger Mod. Blue Dolphin 150 copper and 1 fish on Stinger Freakin' Mixed Veggie on 100 copper. Still not real bad for 2 hours fishing
  12. Nice work on the fish and the fish gods will smile on you for you helping youe fellow fisherman.
  13. Hey Ben nice work on the fish. I have mixed dipsey rods before, but I went to hardware store got colored elec. tape and marked the rod holder and rod with the same color and that made it so we did not bumble lines. Also a trolling bag is the way to go, when i got the 235 last year I had to same thing, it helped with speed and stables up the boat in bumpy water.
  14. Nice job Steve, I plan on getting out in the PM weather willing, out of the "HALL"
