  1. youll find thats the going rate anywhere..and when you add up fuel cost and operational cost,lost tackle,paying the mate and the captains time it doesnt end up being very lucrative.these charters arent making millions of dollars a year..many struggle to make ends meet..all in all when you add up all the costs of running a trip i dont see where it is out of line at all
  2. alright..first report of the year..fished the brown blast with jim six and mike the mexecutioner..setup straight out in 130..got our 3 man by about 11:30..mainly decent kings..1 nice trout and a couple hos..fishing was excellent..most hits on riggers with 11 inch paddles(pearl scale paddle with pickled sunshine streak fly took 4 of our top 5 fish)..speed around 2.4 all day..fished blood run coppers in 400,300,250 lengths of 45# and a 150 of 32#..spoons that took hits... silver streak glowback grn dolphin mag ss panty ho mag ss kato mag ss blueberry muffin mag ss miami dolphin mag stinger blue bubble regular ended up in 2nd place..less than 2lb out of first..awesome weather to be out..

  5. just make sure its tight..dont want a fish on and have loose coils flying out..or have a coil end up under another and locking up

  8. a few friends went out sunday..fished a temp difference of 3 degrees and pulled some nice kings in 130 fow...hits on mag spoons and flies
