Coho's are still here!
Flymaker replied to Flymaker's topic in Indiana Waters Fishing Reports - Salmon and Trout
KJ there starting to catch one here and there not too many yet the water is so dirty from 9 days in a row of N or NE 10-15+ mph and Believe me I can't wait. We caught 12 Coho the other day real quick so we pulled all the lines ran 16 miles to another spot where there were a couple Kings caught earlier in the week and put out 6 rods with J-plugs and Mag Spoons and in less then 15 minutes caught 3 more Coho's. I hope the weather settles down and the water cleans up or these fish we be gone! and we'll be running 20+ miles just to catch one. Thanks so much for watching the video's! Mark -
Got some more Coho action from Saturday 4-2-2011 limits are still coming pretty easy! Sunday was tuffer and the 30+mph SE winds made it almost unfishable but there are still plenty of fish being caught Please Click on the link below: http://vimeo.com/channels/kingseeker

The Coho's Are Here!!
Flymaker replied to Flymaker's topic in Indiana Waters Fishing Reports - Salmon and Trout
Treblemaker the spot your talking about is Gary Light the video was shot in the little bay next to the gambling boat leaving the East Chicago Marina it's the only clean water we could find. Your right about Gary light though it gets much deeper away from the discharge and can be a real good spot when the water clears up unless your casting the discharge for Brown's and Coho's and then it doesn't matter there always something willing to bite there. -
