  2. Nice ride, ive fished on Sea Bees Baja and it has tons of room! Three adults can sleep comfy in the cuddy.
  3. They are really good eatin! We ate some in Russia, but they were small ones. The cavier was selling for 400 for 6 ounces
  4. We run them off of our outriggers, i dont think you could run them on boards, but ive never tried
  5. What are you going to Mike? Putting the Brutes on?
  6. We fished out of St. joe Frankfort and Manistee after dark, and we hammered them. Ive been out all night in St Joe and boxed out, using moonshines and lighted j plugs. We caught big fish after midnight in frankfort and manistee! Let me know when your going and ill bring the beer!
  7. I know this is way off subject, But my wife is looking for a hotel to stay in for girls weekend in Tawas. Any suggestions? She goes there and i can fish the Muskegon pro/ am
  8. I must have been close to that out of Ludington last year! We went 46 miles out chasing cold water, and we were in the live fire test zone! Didnt catch many fish though, just $400 in fuel
  9. Again those are gps cords. Its easier than saying "off the point a few miles from shore"
  10. I run the Okuma blue diamond rollers and have never had a problem with the wire jumping over the roller, i also run twilli tips on my other 2 wire divers. Fishdog had some good prices when i bought mine, check them also.
  11. No cheeks this time, could barely keep my eyes open long enough to drive home! The lake layed down, and sent them to the bottom. we worked a spot a bout 1 mile from the pack. Marked a ton of fish in there. They were all about 20" with 3 over 5 lbs. We had a perch take a reef runner on the rigger and swim to the surface. Never released the rigger but came up and jumped!
  12. Went to the Wings game last night, got home at 1 am then got up at 4 to go to Erie! It was worth it! Started in 25 fow straight out and hit three eyes, no reel pattern to colors, one on wicked wanda, and two on green puke. Then the sun got high in the sky, so we moved out and worked on 27 fow and pulled 16 more eyes. Pretty much anything gold and green, or black was pulling fish. 125' back on the mini disc and the riggers at 21 ' did the damage! 2.8 mph on the gps was the good speed also. I like it when you can run a little quickerm then you dont get as much of the garbage fish.
  13. I run 45lb. I run 150' 300' 450' and 600' all off my church boards. We double wrap the backer ( 50 lb braid) in the front so it doesnt slide through and never have a probleb. The 600 pulls hard but the board still takes it out. And yes they catch fish. Last weekend we pulled 7 on the 300, and the rest on wire divers.
  14. In muskegon our kings averaged 13 to 15 lbs. Looks like we should have some big fish this year. Also we marked a ton of bait fish.
  15. I was about 6 miles north of the nets, wire divers were on fire! Just had alot come off.
  16. Good job Mike. We also fished there on Sat. out of Muskegon. We went 9 for 19. Had a rookie on board. Our hottest spoons were stinger mag mongoose on the riggers. Wire divers and 300 copper with blue and green dolphin took most of the fish. The kings averaged 13 to 15 lbs. We fished north in 122' of water
  17. 600 tekotas for mono and 800 tekotas for 600' of copper, we also ru alot of okumas
